What we are offering and the cost

Showcase your art in Las Vegas and on Times Square - 1560 Broadway, between 46th and 47th Street.

Digital Exhibition

Price - £395 (GBP),

- Submit up to x4 artworks for Las Vegas. (Please be aware that you can choose to use one artwork for all four, a pair for two, or opt for all four to be different based on your preference)

- Submit x1 Artwork for Times Square

Las Vegas digital exhibition - Monday 18th May - Sunday 24th May 2026 (Deadline to submit Sunday 29th March 2026)

New York, Times Square digital exhibition - Thursday 25th June 2026 (Deadline to submit Sunday 29th March 2026)

You will get all of the following:

Las Vegas

1- Monday and Friday

Please see below. Expect your artwork roughly to play 4 times per hour for 15 seconds from midnight to 11.55pm of the display date.

2 -Tuesday and Thursday

Please see below. Expect your artwork to roughly play 1 time per hour for 15 seconds from midnight to 11.55pm of the display date.

Please see below. Expect your artwork to play 4 times per hour for 15 seconds from midnight to 11pm of the display date. We ensure 88 plays per day just in case there is a power shortage.

For example, if your ad is assigned to the 2nd, 11th, 31st and 52nd minute of every hour, you can expect to see your ad at 00:02 am, 00:11 am, 00:31 am, and 00:52 am, then this will repeat every hour until 11:52 pm (last play).

We will be creating 6 slides for this exhibition, each slide will feature x24 Artists. Please see example below

If you wanted a landscape (example below) image to be displayed in full, that would also be considered as two artworks, which would cost £790 (GBP)

Book

We will also produce a digital catalogue, showcasing all of the artworks featured in the exhibition. This will give more details about each piece created and exhibited. Your main artwork will get a full page in the digital catalogue example below. The other pieces of art will be shown after all together.

Please note you will need to purchase the hard copy of the book separately. This is not included. The book will be available digitally for free.
