Selection Criteria

• All-media are accepted
• Everyone is welcome to apply
• Worldwide submissions welcome

Dates and information

• Submission deadline: Sunday 16th March 2025 (Please note we will be monitoring the amount of entries we receive. We are confident this will not be the case. However if we find we are getting an unreasonable amount of applications. We will consider shortening the application deadline.)
• Artwork must be emailed before Sunday 16th March 2025
• Magazine release date - Issue 37 - Thursday 29th May 2025

Selected artist

• Everyone who entered will be notified if they have been selected not before Sunday 16th March 2025 and the latest date will be Friday 25th April 2025
• Selected work will be placed on a single page, double page or our montage page layout.
• Please note your image may be cropped to fit within the layout. Any concerns about this please email us before. Every entry will get a template created for them for approval
• We will promote every selected single page or a double page on our social media
• 157 artworks will be selected to be featured on a full page
• 15 artworks will be selected to be featured on double page spread
• Artists not selected for a full page or double page, may be included on our montage pages. Maximum size will be W:4cm x H:6cm. We will also include some landscape format pictures within this, which will take 2 spaces.
• Every selected piece that is included within the magazine to confirm that is the full page, double page and montage page. They will also be included in our online gallery, Please note all montage images will be shown first in the gallery. Then followed by the Full page and double page artworks in order. We will show each artwork in full and also include a full description.
• Every selected artist will also get the option to make a blog post (you can redeem this throughout the year simply email us the wording and images you would like to post and we will then upload this to our website). Please note this will need to be approved by us before it is posted.

Unfortunately we will not be able to showcase every entry. However if your work is not selected you will be given a full refund. Please note if you cancel your order, or qualify for a full refund. We have processing fees that will be deducted from the full refund. This is normally £1. If you have any questions about ordering please get in contact. If you enter more than one piece and only one is selected you will not be eligible for a full refund.
