Dates and information

• Submission deadline: Sunday 13th July 2025 (Please note we will be monitoring the amount of entries we receive. We are confident this will not be the case. However if we find we are getting an unreasonable amount of applications. We will consider shortening the application deadline.)
• Artwork must be emailed before Sunday 13th July 2025
  
• Magazine release date - Issue 39 - Thursday 25th September 2025

Application Process

• Anyone can enter this Open Call. Hopefully with this broad theme we will capture a range of exciting work that captures the work produced by living artists right now.
• We do have a submission fee: £15 per work Purchase here (Please note you are welcome to order more than 1 entry to enter more work. However when selecting work we will most probably only select one piece. To make sure we can show a wide variety of work. But we will look at options for example placing more than one of your entries on one page. Please contact for more information on this.
• Once you have purchased the submission fee on this link. You will receive an order number
• You will then need to email your submission to grantmilne@artisttalkmagazine.com You will need to include, your name, order number. We will also need no more than 115 words which is roughly 598 characters without spaces. Your title of your submitted artwork, your name and blurb talking about your submission. After this paragraph feel free to provide more text talking about your work and entry. However please make the entry paragraph highlighted.
• We also have a discover more section. Please can you confirm your web URL + Social media. You can also confirm your artworks price range. Please confirm your lowest and highest price for your artwork.
• Your artwork does not need to be for sale.
• Please note the piece submitted does not need to be recently completed. It can be a piece that was produced at any point.

Unfortunately we will not be able to showcase every entry. However if your work is not selected you will be given a full refund. Please note if you cancel your order, or qualify for a full refund. We have processing fees that will be deducted from the full refund. This is normally £1. If you have any questions about ordering please get in contact. If you enter more than one piece and only one is selected you will not be eligible for a full refund.

However for some artists we will offer an alternative. The alternative is we fit your image into our template, which shows the full artwork. However we duplicate the image behind add a blur and lower the opacity.
