Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. After payment, submit your final artwork upon acceptance, by Friday, 29th March 2025. If not accepted, you will receive a full refund.

Selection Criteria


  • All-media are accepted as long as you display a still image. For example if you wanted to submit a video, we would only be accept a still from the video footage
  • Everyone is welcome to apply. Also you do not need to be a professional artist. Please note you might be accepted by us. However the advertising agency has the final word and can decline your entry. If this does happen a full refund will be given
  • Worldwide submissions welcome
  • The advertising company do not allow political or religious content, no nudity or vulgar content, no smoking and no alcohol. Think of Times Square as Disneyland, if it can be displayed there it can be displayed in Times Square.


Please read - Before you read. Rest assured, we have not had to cancel a single event, and we have been successfully creating exhibitors since 2020. However we do have to state the advertising company reserves the right to cancel the display at any time, including as late as the week before the event. Maintenance issues may also lead to the display being blocked. In such instances, we will make every effort to find an alternative; however, we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the event will proceed. Rest assured, we always strive to do our best. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any flights or hotel bookings made for this event if it is canceled. Should such a situation arise prior to cancellation, we will endeavour to secure an alternative display in Times Square or arrange for a different date. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.


Dates and Information

The digital exhibition will take place on Thursday 19th June 2025 / Saturday 21st June 2025.


Once accepted and payment has been made artwork will need to be emailed before Friday 29th March 2025.
