Once accepted and payment has been made artwork will need to be emailed before Friday 29th March 2025.

If you wanted a landscape image to be displayed in full, that would also be considered as two artworks, which would cost £390 (GBP) Exciting news! You can now upgrade and enjoy the full-screen experience just for your own art. Please keep in mind that spaces are limited, as we can only feature 20 artists in this format.

Additionally, you will need to send your image via email before we can proceed with your application.

D. We will also need no more than 115 words which is roughly 598 characters without spaces, talking about the piece you have submitted. After this feel free to provide more text talking about your work and entry. However please make the entry paragraph highlighted. This is just for the main artwork.

F. Attach your image. if you are sending a large file we recommend sending via www.wetransfer.com. Please note images must be minimum 300 dpi. Please send the highest resolution image you have. Acceptable files to send are JPG, PNG and PDF.

We will then email you back. Normally before 7 working days. This will include your submitted artwork placed within our templates. Please see examples below.

Once accepted you will need to make the payment to reserve your place.
