Showcase your art on Times Square - 1560 Broadway, between 46th and 47th Street.

1 - Main Exhibition

Price - £195 (GBP), x1 Main Artwork + 1

Main digital exhibition - Thursday 19th June 2025 (Deadline to submit Friday 29th March 2025)

Please see below. Expect your artwork to play 8 times per hour for 15 seconds from midnight to 11pm of the display date. We ensure 176 plays per day just in case there is a power shortage.

For example, if your ad is assigned to the 2nd, 11th, 31st and 52nd minute of every hour, you can expect to see your ad at 00:02 am, 00:11 am, 00:31 am, and 00:52 am, then this will repeat every hour until 11:52 pm (last play). This example is for x4 plays per hour. your work will be shown 8 times per hour, which is double.

We will be creating 5 slides for this exhibition, each slide will feature x20 Artists. Please see example below

Additional exhibition - Saturday 21st June 2025 To qualify for this exhibit you must Apply and make payment before - Deadline to submit Friday 29th March 2025). You can only be involved in the additional exhibition if you have applied and paid for our main exhibition June 19th.

This slide will include 50 artists.

If you wanted a landscape (example below) image to be displayed in full, that would also be considered as two artworks, which would cost £390 (GBP)

In addition to that, you will also receive six dedicated pages in our main magazine, showcasing your work and message prominently. This is a fantastic opportunity to reach a wider audience and engage with our readers on a deeper level. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to select the date that best suits your schedule for being featured, allowing you to plan accordingly and maximize the impact of your presence in the magazine. Times Square book

We will also produce a digital catalogue, showcasing all of the artworks featured in the exhibition. This will give more details about each piece created and exhibited. Your main artwork will get a full page in the digital catalogue example below. The other pieces of art will be shown after all together.

Please note you will need to purchase the hard copy of the book separately. This is not included. The book will be available digitally for free.
